History of the location:

Originally opened as a health spa, the Mineral Springs is now an antique mall. There are allegedly three ghosts in this hotel: a painter, a man who was killed in a swimming pool accident, and the "Jasmine Lady," so called for the scent of perfume she leaves behind.
